What sparks your passion for real estate or mortgage lending?

The people, honestly. I love that I get to walk alongside someone during one of the biggest moments of their life. There's something about helping a person go from "I have no idea where to start" to feeling clear and confident about their next move — that's the whole thing for me. Real estate is really about expanding people's options and helping them build equity and a life they're excited about. That never gets old.

What sets your services apart from others?

I think what sets me apart is that I treat real estate as personal, not just a transaction. This is one of the biggest decisions in someone's life, so I lead with education first — I want my clients to feel equipped and confident, not pressured. There's no one right answer in this business; it depends on you, your goals, your timeline. My job is to give you the information and the options, and then hand the decision back to you. And being based right here in Southern NH, I know this market personally, not just professionally.

What's the #1 tip you give to first-time homebuyers?

Get into the market as soon as you're able. I think a lot of first-time buyers get stuck waiting for the "perfect" home or the perfect moment — but here's the reality: your first home probably won't be your forever home, and that's okay. It's the stepping stone. It's how you start building equity and creating options for yourself down the road. Make the best right decision with what you know now, get in, and trust that you can pivot when the time is right.

What would you want me to know about yourself?

That I'm real with people. I've been through my own ups and downs — we bought our first home in 2006 and maxed out our budget, so I know what it feels like to second-guess a big decision. I bring that honesty to my clients. I'm not here to tell anyone what they "should" do. I'm here to be a trusted advisor who gives it to you straight, cares about where you're going, and helps you make the best right decision with the information you have right now.

What's your favorite hidden gem in New Hampshire?

Oh, I have so many I can't possibly list them all! A few favorites: Firefly Bistro for date night or a business lunch, The Palace or The Rex for a show, and Wallis Sands for a family-friendly beach day. Honestly, that's what I love about living here — there's always something to discover. I could keep going, but I'll let you come find me if you want the rest of the list!
