What sparks your passion for real estate or mortgage lending?
Purchasing a home is truly a milestone in a person’s life. Owning a home means you are planting roots in a community where you will live and work. Perhaps even start a family. Helping someone achieve their dream of home ownership is what drives me. There is nothing more satisfying than shaking the hands of my clients after closing. Their overwhelming excitement and joy are what motivates me to continue to help others achieve their dream of home ownership. It never gets old!
What sets your services apart from others?
I make it a top priority to work closely with all of my clients throughout the home buying process. I explain all aspects of the loan process in detail to make sure the buyer fully understands and is comfortable with all steps involved. My service does not end after the mortgage transaction has closed. I continue to closely monitor market conditions going forward and will notify my clients of opportunities to save money through refinancing should mortgage rates improve. My clients are not just another mortgage transaction. They are people I have gotten to know and continue to stay connected with. My goal is to be their first call when a financing need arises.
What's the #1 tip you give to first-time homebuyers?
Prepare a budget, and get pre-qualified. That way you'll know how much home you can comfortably afford.
What would you want me to know about yourself?
Purchasing a home is the largest transaction most people will make in their lifetime. That’s why I believe honesty, integrity, and transparency are of utmost importance when working with a mortgage professional. My number one priority is to treat people the way I would want to be treated. Maintaining an open line of communication throughout the loan process is key. I strive to thoroughly explain the terms of the loan, and answer all questions throughout the process so there are no surprises at closing. I want you to be a client for life!

The "Trophy Stretch" of the Connecticut River in Pittsburg, NH. Named for the trophy sized brook trout!
