What sparks your passion for real estate or mortgage lending?
What sparks my passion for real estate is the opportunity to help people through some of life’s most important moments. Whether it’s handing the keys to a first-time buyer or guiding a family through their next chapter, I’m driven by the chance to make a meaningful impact. My dedication to real estate goes hand-in-hand with my commitment to affordable housing and ending homelessness in New Hampshire. I firmly believe that access to safe, affordable housing is a fundamental right. As a proud member of the Home For All Coalition, I work alongside others toward expanding access to affordable and deeply affordable housing across the Greater Seacoast region, advocating for long-term solutions and supporting housing stability through education, advocacy, and resource coordination. For me, real estate is more than just transactions—it’s about building relationships and helping people create stability. When individuals and families find security in their homes, it strengthens communities and contributes to a more sustainable future for New Hampshire.
What sets your services apart from others?
What sets my real estate services apart is my dedication to making the buying or selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I take the time to really understand what my clients need and want, and I tailor my approach to fit. Being deeply familiar with the New Hampshire market, I bring a fresh perspective, creative strategies, and a strong focus on results. Whether you’re looking to find your dream home or sell for top dollar, I’m here to guide you every step of the way with clear communication and a personal touch. As a proud recipient of Catapult Seacoast’s 2024 “10 To Watch” award, I’m always striving to stay ahead of the curve and bring my clients the best possible experience.
What's the #1 tip you give to first-time homebuyers?
Stick to YOUR budget. While you might be pre-approved for a higher purchase price, it’s essential to focus on what fits comfortably within your monthly budget for mortgage and housing costs. This ensures your home feels like an asset you’re excited to invest in, rather than a financial burden you’re struggling to keep up with. Staying within your budget is what gives you the ability to make a house your home.
What would you want me to know about yourself?
If it’s after 9pm, I’m likely already asleep! But no worries—I’ll be bright-eyed and ready to respond first thing in the morning! 😊
What's your favorite hidden gem in New Hampshire?
As a Realtor, I’m fueled by closings and copious amounts of espresso. Having been a barista in my 20s, I know a thing or two about a good latte. While I’ll never turn down a quick Dunks iced coffee, I’m a little picky about where I sip my lattes. Here are a few of my favorite Seacoast spots for coffee and community: ☕ Breakaway Café (Dover, NH): Ben, the café’s owner, is a punk drummer by night and a committed community builder by day. The drinks and food are top-notch, but it’s Ben’s dedication to his staff and the local vibe that keeps me coming back. It’s also one of the best places to work, meet clients, or just hang out. ☕ Stella’s (Dover, NH) & Lil’s (Kittery, ME): Owned by the same team, these cafés are famous for their legendary baked goods—especially their crullers and almond croissants. Pair one with a latte, and you’ve got the perfect start to your day. ☕ White Heron (Portsmouth, NH & Eliot, ME): When I need a break from espresso, White Heron’s tea selection is unmatched. Their lunch menu is also fantastic if you’re in the mood for more than a drink. ☕ Caffe Kilim (Portsmouth, NH): This Turkish café is a local favorite and the perfect pit stop on your way downtown. Great coffee, great atmosphere, and a thriving community vibe. If your biggest pet peeve is hearing people call espresso “eXpresso,” these places are for you. 😉
