My perfect summer day in New Hampshire starts with sleeping in, then brunch at The Friendly Toast in Portsmouth. After that, it’s off to Pirate's Cove in Rye for a few relaxing hours at the beach, followed by happy hour at Petey's Summertime Seafood & Bar—steamers and a Rum Runner to cap it off.
