What sparks your passion for real estate or mortgage lending?
Helping people. At the end of the day, if I am able to help someone with a pre-qualification, purchase or refinance this is most rewarding for me.
What sets your services apart from others?
I have been in lending for over twenty years. I am versed in a variety of loan products and programs. A thorough conversation with a borrower is key so that they are in the best product for them. I pride myself on problem solving and finding a solution whether it's easy or difficult, small or large.
What's the #1 tip you give to first-time homebuyers?
Ask a lot of questions. There is never a dumb question. I encourage any borrower to ask as many questions as they need to in order to feel comfortable.
What would you want me to know about yourself?
I grew up in Vermont and have lived in New Hampshire for the past 10 years with my husband Scott, and our 2 sons. I have a passion for helping people and love to travel with my family.
