What sparks your passion for real estate or mortgage lending?
There is great satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment when a buyer is able to close on their dream home. This profession bears great responsibility in guiding and working with buyers to make sure they can get to the closing table. A responsibility I take great Pride in.
What sets your services apart from others?
My communication and constant contact with borrowers and agents. It is not a good feeling when you don't know where your loan stands in the process. Great communication is a must throughout this process.
What's the #1 tip you give to first-time homebuyers?
Prioritize Needs over wants. Make a list of must haves to stay focused during your search. And avoid opening up any new credit such as store credit cards. Communicate with your Loan officer and always ask any question that you may have.
What would you want me to know about yourself?
I grew up in VT and moved to NH over 20 years ago. I am a family man that enjoys hockey, golf, the outdoors, camping and am Passionate about helping folks fulfill their dream of homeownership.
What's your favorite hidden gem in New Hampshire?
Androscoggin Valley Country Club. This Gem of a Golf course, nestled in Coos County with breathtaking views of Mt. Washington.
