What sparks your passion for real estate or mortgage lending?
I had always had a passion to see others thrive and achieve their potential since being a small child. After college, I was always involved with sales and services. Being in these fields has allowed me to meet many incredible people. I did not go looking for the mortgage industry, but it found me 23 years ago. I have never looked back ever since.
What sets your services apart from others?
The ability to connect with others from a genuine level. My gratefulness and thankfulness towards life allows me to meet people right where they are and move them forward with a great positive impact.
What's the #1 tip you give to first-time homebuyers?
I will be holding your hand throughout this whole process and not let go until you say so. The goal is to educate and equip you the right way, so that you can be successful in this great but intense Real Estate market. Together working as a Team, we will succeed!
What would you want me to know about yourself?
I was born in Puerto Rico and move to NH when I was 7 years old. I love and appreciate the opportunity this blessed country has. The opportunities to make something great of yourself and take care of those in need. I’m married to my amazing wife, Lisa, who is also my assistant. We have been together for 29 years, married for 21, working as a team for 19 years and 17 years with Northpoint Mortgage. We have a passion for life and others. We have had the opportunity to mentor men and women struggling in their marriage, or personal life and see them thrive. I have been involved in a few missions’ trip across the globe, such as Africa, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico. These missions' trips were to bring aid, assist with medical clinics, support schools in small villages and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
What's your favorite hidden gem in New Hampshire?
My favorite store is ACE. It’s located in downtown Goffstown. It’s full of great working staff and amazing products to choose from. And let’s not forget the small quaint downtown and all its small shops! My office is located right across the street from The Copper Door in Bedford, NH. I truly enjoy meeting referral partners and clients alike for a great bite to eat at lunch. As for road trips, I had met my wife Lisa 29 years ago at Plymouth University. We enjoy taking trips up North to visit where we first met. We really enjoy all of 93 North, beautiful scenery.
