What's the #1 tip you give to first-time homebuyers?

Timing the market is nearly impossible. If you're financially ready, the best time to buy is now — not when the headlines say so. Waiting could mean higher prices and you miss out on building equity in the meantime.

What would you want me to know about yourself?

I’ve been in mortgage lending for over 22 years, and I still treat every client like they’re my only one. My wife is also my assistant, and we’re big on clear communication and fast closings. Outside of work, I enjoy watching my daughters play softball and volleyball, and I love getting outdoors — whether it’s four-wheeling, mountain biking, or just spending time with family.

What's your favorite hidden gem in New Hampshire?

The Kancamagus Highway is one of my favorite roads. It's just over 34 miles from Lincoln to Conway. Really scenic and represents what I love about NH perfectly.
