What's the #1 tip you give to first-time homebuyers?
Get the qualification in place BEFORE you shop for homes, rather than the other way around. Your Lender can be a resource for so many questions that you have during the process, and laying the groundwork ahead of time will make the process so much less stressful for you.
What would you want me to know about yourself?
I will work for YOU to find the best possible mortgage product for your situation. I love working with first-time buyers, and guiding them through the process.
What's your favorite hidden gem in New Hampshire?
The small regional Festivals in different NH towns are a great place to check out food and entertainment from the different regions of the state. Each has its own vibe!
