What sparks your passion for real estate or mortgage lending?

Helping people achieve the American dream of homeownership is more than just a job—it's a privilege. It may sound a little corny, but I still get genuinely excited every time I help a first-time homebuyer receive the keys to their new home. Seeing the joy, relief, and emotion on their faces is something I'll never get tired of. Buying a home is one of the biggest milestones in a person's life, and I'm grateful to be part of that journey. From the first conversation to the closing table, I enjoy guiding my clients every step of the way and making the process as smooth and rewarding as possible. For me, it's not just about mortgages—it's about helping people turn their dreams into reality.

What's the #1 tip you give to first-time homebuyers?

Be Patient! this is a journey - I will help every step of the way. Buying your first home can be a dream come true, but it can also be complicated. Between finding the right mortgage and deciding what you want in a home, there’s a lot to consider. Thankfully, with the right guidance, the process can become manageable and even enjoyable. If you’re new to the homebuying journey, you’re in the right place.

What would you want me to know about yourself?

In addition to my work at St Mary's Bank, I also serve as the President of the Board of Directors for SENH Habitat for Humanity, reflecting my deep commitment to affordable housing and community development . - I also am a NH Housing Fellow ( class of 2025) . I live in Dover, NH with my husband of 23 years and our dog Charlie . and I never pass up a Diet Coke !

What's your favorite hidden gem in New Hampshire?

Fuller Gardens in North Hampton. Created in the 1920s by Alvan T. Fuller, a wealthy businessman, politician, and humanitarian, the gardens were built as a tribute to his wife, Viola . The property features lush lawns, ornamental gardens, and a striking stone fountain, all set in a peaceful, tree-lined setting. After Fuller’s death, the gardens were opened to the public, making them a peaceful retreat for visitors.
